Question about soul and mind manip

I want to ask what if a certain character described not having a soul or mind , lets just say that character is tier 10C without any other power whatsoever.

Can soul or mind manipulation in normal scale up to 1A scale even to the point able to affect abstract entity, affect the character in any way possible?

Being strong does not make you able to affect things that don't exist. Some characters have some weird stuff that can mind/sou manip soulless/mindless things, but that's not directly related to the raw strength of the hax.

Not having soul, spirit nor mind makes you immune to any type of soul, life-force and mind manipulation; I still not known how people relate coordinates with the complexity of the mind or the supernatural nature of the soul/spirit, but if someone Soul/Life-Force/Mind Manipulation affect someone like the that creature, it would mean that the power used isn't neither of these abilities, or the creature do not lacks of these traits.
