For example, character A is High 1-A and Character B is also High 1-A.
A has reality warping with full control over his hierarchy ( High 1-A hierarchy with infinite layers above baseline, higher layer view lower as insignificant/fiction. )
B has reality warping with full control over his hierarchy ( High 1-A hierarchy with countless layers above baseline, higher layer view lower as insignificant/fiction. )


My question, can character A has full control over character B due to reality-fiction different between each layer. And also, because of character A existence, that's higher than any layers of character B ?

Note: Countless here means any amount of finite layers that cannot be counted, but not infinite.

It's a form of transcendence one has over the others, but of course, they have their own layers too.

But in other words, yeah, its a cool way of showing how one is so much more powerful than the other.
