Question About Puella Speed

Homura is scaled to Madoka's arrows, but where does the justification for this scaling come from? Does she have any other speed feats to suggest this isn't an outlier?

It primaryily comes from Sayaka (The weakest and at this point also the most ill-experienced) being able to tag the Nightmare with ease (said nightmare dodged arrows), and as for speed feats, I don't remember any.

There is a certain feat in rebellion that would give Homura High Hypersonic speed if calced going by what it's done there.

Homura raises her leg and Wraps mami's ribbon around a bullet before said bullet had time to move.

She moved at least 1 m in the time the bullet moved 19 mm (that's the length of the cartridge but since this is a lowball it should be fine atm) that makes her 52.6315789 times faster than the bullet.

Since the gun is a Walter P5 from what I see, the feat is about mach 55.24014111953.

@SD Okay here's what you gotta do. Measure how far the bullet moves per frame in the second where she's catching it, that'll give you how much time is passing per frame.

Then measure out how much she moved (it seems like she's moving her leg about 180 degrees maximum). Then figure out how many frames it took her to fully extend that leg and you'll have both distance and your timeframe.

Well, it seems that SD actually got Massively Hypersonic for that calc for Homura's speed. If the calc is accepted, everyone's speed gets upgraded to Massively Hypersonic.
