So in the description of Plot Manipulation it also say "Change The Setting" so what is that mean?did change the characters appearance and the voice is a Plot Hax?

But i still confused what is the "Change The Setting" means?

Simply put, change in settings mean change in genre/themes of the story.
E.g. changing a war story/setting to romcom
