Question about Planet Size

If a planet it bigger does it affect the speed of the characters or attack potency? For example if a character was calculated at having the speed of 7%c and the attack potency a'''t '''Multi Continent Level on a planet the Size of our Earth but then it was revised to be 7 times bigger would it change those two or not?

It honestly depends on whether the planet had any relevance on those two feats

Hmm, for example Narutoverse or One Piece verse, would the planet size change their feats/tier? Wouldn't it be an upgrade if the place they destroyed be bigger than what it was (ex:earth size to seven time bigger) or the speed being faster cause of the size and distace/speed calculated (same as Earth to seven time bigger) or would it not change because it would still be same?

Yes, the planet size ca effect Attack Potency and Speed Feats but not all the time.

I see, thanks. I'm trying to make a character page and I need to understand some things better to get it well done. For example one planet of that verse is at least 50 times larger than the Sun.
