Question about non naturally shaped lightning attacks?

Can lightning attacks of a different shape then normal lightning be considered natural lightning?
So long as it’s shown the proper standards?
Ie: the character draws in natural lightning to do the attack and it shocks, and messes with the person it hits. and he uses normal electricty like lightning to torment a immobilized character.

ETA: the lightning also shows above 1.6 gigajoules of AP via feats.

So long as they have enough properties of actual lightning, yes, i never saw shape as a issue.
