Question about NEP

If we have a character that operates as the conceptual opposite of existence, and "exists, but doesn't. Doesn't exist, but does." is that NEP nature 1 or 3?

Well, after doing some digging, paradoxical non existence is semi incorporeality, it's rarer than the first two types.

Nonexistent in a Nature Type 3 fashion i.e. paradoxically nonexistent. In that case they could be semi-incorporeal or something. Still incorporeal in regards to physical attacks, that is the requirement to type 3, but perhaps corporeal in some other situations. Like, maybe they can't go through walls or something. It's a situation I honestly doubt we will encounter, but it's technically there.

From what I know it just needs to be paradoxical

Like have no mind yet can think or have no concept of existence yet still have a concept of absence etc.
