Character A have madness manip type 3 beacause they are so abominable and scary that it drove everyone that look at it to insanity or straight up die if look at for an extended period of time. Character B can look at a character C that is more grotesque and scary than character A for along time without a problem but character C have never drove any person to insanity or straight up kill someone like character A. Would Character B still get affected by character A despite character C make character A look like a cute cat in comparison ?
