Probably has an easy answer, but why is Tony 9-C in AP without armour? The reasoning behind it is pretty barebones and doesn't suggest street level AP. Training in martial arts isn't a 9-C feat

Boxers in general can punch with a force of 750-1100 joules. Plus, security guards in the MCU have been consistently shown to be anywhere between 9-C to 9-B.
