1. If a “immeasurable speed character” is affected by a Power based time-stop would it debunk the immeasurable speed even if the hax is power based?

2. Can immeasurable speed dodge unavoidable attacks?

3. Are immeasurable speed characters immune to time based hax? or are they still vulnerable to them?

1. No. It is possible to affect Immeasurable speed characters with potent enough time hax

2. Depends what you mean by "unavoidable". They can avoid any attacks that don't have the same level of Immeasurable speed

3. By default, regular time hax wouldn't affect them. Unless it's potent enough to affect Immeasurable speed characters
