Question about Illusions and Subjective Reality

Does an illusion that can interact and be interacted with as if it's a real thing (for example, an illusory person that can cause real physical harm and can be dissipated by normal physical force, or an illusory fire that can cause real burns) count as a Subjective Reality construct?

IMHO, that's just a physically-tangible illusion that can cause real damage, that's all. If you play your bets right, maybe reality warping be in the cards.

Subjective Reality IMHO would be akin to turning optical illusions into traversable pathways or something. Could be wrong tho.

Isn't that just an expanded and perhaps more esoteric example of the criteria I was inquiring about? That's also a work of illusion made tangible -- directly affecting and being affected by reality
