Question about Hulk (Ultimate Destruction)

What is Hulk's exact AP? According to his profile, he ranges from City Block level+ to Small Town level with rage but I noticed a problem. The calculation used to warrant this only lists the feats as being Large Building level+ to Multi-City Block level+ (10.02 tons - 577.50 tons) another thing is that on his Attack Potency it also says he scales to the prototype Hulkbusters who can withstand detonations equivalent to 50 tons of TNT, while this is indeed City Block level, it's not City Block level+ (As I think the median is 55 Tons), Is there something I'm missing here? or has Hulk been downgraded and the profile just hasn't been updated?

The Small Town level calc become wrong, as the formula being used was deemed wrong itself. So I changed it to a standard shockwave/explosion formula and forgot about getting it evaluated so I could change the value.

His lower rating is upscaling, withstanding means "remain undamaged or unaffected by; resist." A less durable prototype of the Hulkbuster was able to remain undamaged by 50 Tons of TNT, and the model Hulk faces in the game are more durable and get more durable with each new version he faces.

So upscaling him to 55 Tons wasn't seen as a big deal.
