Comic Scott Pilgrim Durability

So currently the comic version of Scott Pilgrim is scaled to at least Large Building+ via this calc which is 10.5 tons.
I'm wondering why he isn't just upscaled to baseline City Block level considering there's only a 0.5 ton gap and Scott took no damage from the attack?
