Question about High 3-A

If X is baseline High 3-A and Y is 2x weaker than him (or whatever number but NOT infinitely weaker) would Y still be High 3-A? just a stupid question that came to mind.

Mathematically, yes, as infinite/2 = infinite. However, if someone is finitely weaker than other, then mathecally neither of them can be infinite.

ScrewAttack (or DEATH BATTLE! now lol) don't understand mathematics. I mean in GvsS 1, they halved Goku's SSJ speed instead of multiplying it, to keep Superman faster by the end

it was not the part of infinity / 2 = INFINITY! You know by the feat of superman and shazam raising the book of infinite pages (without putting context of what it really was)
