Question about High 1-A...

"High Outerverse level: Characters that are extremely powerful compared to other characters within this category, and whose power by far exceeds the regular requirements for tier 1-A. Take note that being infinitely superior to a regular 1-A character, does not automatically make another character qualify for a High 1-A rating. The ones that do qualify would recurrently be equivalent to Tier 0 characters, if not for the presence of one such being within their respective franchises, and/or some minor limitation. As such, characters with serious weaknesses cannot be High 1-A."

I had always thought that High 1-A characters were inherently superior to 1-A characters, and I'm pretty sure that they are.

However, this choice of words seems to imply that being infinitely above baseline 1-A can sometimes be High 1-A, possibly even outright Tier 0.

However, I think this is weird, as Tier 0 characters are supposed to be vastly above 1-A characters no matter what.

Yet, the way High 1-A is being described (see bolded text) makes it sound as if it is just some fancy title given to a verse's best 1-A characters.

I would appreciate some clarification, thanks.

In my opinion, the high 1-A should be so much higher than the baseline 1-A that it can not be estimated by the perspectives (for example, by some metaphorical analogues of dimensions at 1-A level).

That is, a high 1-A must at least exceed the baseline 1-A in the same way as the baseline 1-A exceeds tier 11.

I actually have a similar opinion of High 1-A as you do.

High 1-A, as far as I can understand it, is a level of power where 1-A characters become virtually nonexistent, the same way a 1-A views everything in the lower tiers.

However... I do not think that the description for High Outerverse leveI reflects this difference very accurately at all. I feel as if the wording is off.

Perhaps, but I'm not sure that this is necessary given our attitude to 1-A and their battles.

Okay. It might help regular members to understand the requirements better though, and avoid future discussions about the subject.

A6colute says that she surpasses other 1-A bengs in her verse in the same measure as they surpass normal beings or something like that.
