I dont understand why shaking the World of Void is High 3-A feat

Not true he became High 3-A for shaking something that is infinite in size. The void may not have anything inside of it but the void itself is infinite in size.

Think of it like this you have a empty bottle that is infinite in size, Goku is inside this bottle and he causes it to shake by transforming.

Just because there's nothing inside doesn't mean anything since the bottle and is infinite in size.
