Question about destroying planets

my question is destroying how many planets or earths at same time will be equal destroying a sun or star?

If it's through an explosion that breaches the distance between planets, It won't be long at all before the yield reaches star level or even exceeds it

I remember there being a calc where blowing up Earth and Mars in a single attack resulted in Low 4-C stats.

Depends. If you mean the raw energy output of a planetary blast in comparison to a star-destroying blast, billions of times if not more. If you mean the actual explosion size, once you get a couple times past planetary the exponential energy increase will begin having Star-busting energy faster than you may think.
