What constitutes as a controversial matchup. I know about some of the more obvious ones, such as Goku vs Superman, but what are some criteria for a controversial matchup, and what are some examples?

P.S: would Guts vs Kirito be considered controversial?

Any Dragonball vs Marvel or Dragonball vs DC is banned. Characters who are 1-A or tier 0 are also banned (more because it's difficult to determine who's stronger)

And no, Kirito vs Guts isnt controversial
