1. No, CM1 is literally CM2 but better.
2. If CM2 are superior to CM1 there, either CM1 is not type 1 or those are outliers/the author is wrong

it doesnt need to be anti feat, it just means that the cm2 actually is cm1 as well, or just the author is contradicting his own verse

Could be a case of resistance negation, maybe thats why CM2 can work on peeps who have Type1 resistance.
