Question about Conceptual and Fundamental

160
10
I want to confirm a few things :
  • Are the Fundamental Aspects that form a Reality a Type 1 Concept?
  • Does something called "At The Conceptual Level" have the same meaning as the Fundamentals that shape Reality?
If the answer is yes or no, explain why?
  • If the two above the answer is no. So give me an explanation of how something can fall into the Type 1 concept category without any further explanation that it is independent of reality.
  • Are the fundamental aspects that make up reality by default independent of reality or dependent on reality?

When you mention at a conceptual level it could mean on the level of abstraction.
So yes it would fit as being fundamental.

Fundamental aspect can be type 2 or type 1 what differentiates them is really just their nature which is well their dependence and independence. You can also say Platonic or non-platonic(nominalist)
It's almost impossible to differentiate it outside these 2 things.

Both type 1 and type 2 if erased would affect those that participate in them
Both type 1 and type 2 are universal within their scope in a way that even if the concept only applies within a small room if there is a concept in there that dictates something to participate into something like let's say being in State A.

Let as assume it this way.

State A is the fundamental aspect for
Things like
Fire, earth wind and water to exist and In turn these 4 elements make up at least the physical existence of things.
Now all physical existence rely on the 4 elements and the 4 elements rely on the State A.

If the Concept is type 2
If all those that are in State A has been removed then the 4 elements have no basis for their existence either ceasing from existence ending as well.
In this case there is no longer anything that is being defined by this concept and thus alongside the things it defines. It ceases as well. In a way we call it Nonplatonic because it is not separate from Physicality or object it defines or can be called Nominalist concept. Which is the belief that such existence of concept are merely labels or names for things that happens in the physical reality and such if no physical things are left then there is also no concept as there is no process of whatever that concept is. Like existence is a process of some sort for something to exist and the moment nothing exist then existence also ceases as there is no longer a process of it as well without the object that relies on it (dependent)
If someone say to a conceptual level it could mean either types.
It being a very basic fundamental level aka being the idea of it. They can be restored indirectly as said in the page itself as well

Now if it's a type 1 concept. This assumes that the concept is separate from the object it governs. This is independent or platonic concept.
The way Platonic concept work is that it follows the philosophy and belief that concepts or abstract does in fact exist and is separate from the object they define govern or all these object participates in their concept. In a way they cannot be changed by changing the object as they are independent of it

In the example of the room if State A all cease from existence everything that relies on State A also ceases like the elements but the concept where State A participates in continues on as it exist separately and will keep defining it as it exist regardless of whether or not there is something that participates on such concept.

Now if you say something in a conceptual level in reference to type 1 you are referring to it's abstract as a separate existence that defines it rather than a process from which objects participates on.

So yes it is fundamental.

So to answer the first 2 question

1. Not necessarily
2. Yes

Then the last 2 question
1. I explained above
2. We default to type 2 which is nominalist idea.

Also don't get the idea because someone is personafied as abstract and existing meaning they are independent. Like if the idea of fire an abstract exist in abstract form and Interacts with the world. It doesn't mean it's independent unless shown to exist even without any more object or process that is participating on its concept or being governed by the concept.

one more question, is the fundamental aspect born before reality or born simultaneously with reality?

If a concept exists before reality, does that mean it is a type 1 concept?

Existing before reality is a good indication it is a type 1. sometimes even sufficient If it meets the criteria already. although if contradicted that's another issue.

Fundamental aspects are usually born simultaneously with reality. but as platonic theory goes. it can also exist before reality begins.
and Concepts can still be Type 1 even if they are created/born after reality as long as they have the trait that falls under the example given.
