3. Anyone who has Google will know that if you search "Concept" on any Website, the definition of the word, 9/10 times, means "Abstract Ideas". At that point is creating/manipulating abstract ideas (or beings made of abstract ideas) considered Concept Hax?

If all of reality and existence was built upon a fundamental principle, let's say order and chaos, and these principles are what allowed for reality, existence and all that is within them to exist and function as they do and that manipulation of order or chaos automatically affects everything in reality and existence on a fundamental level, is that considered Concept Hax?
