Why don't some categories have an option to switch between exhibition view and list view?

for example categories like CategoryC_Extended_Universe have an option to switch views, but pages the category Category:Tier_9 doesn't have an option to switch views, and can only be viewed as a list.

It would be cool if every category page had an option to switch from list and exhibition.

Well after a certain amount of profiles, the categories go to list view, dc extended universe doesn't have that many profiles so it's exhibition view, while tier 9 has a lot, so it's list view.

So there's no way to have an exhibition view option and a list view option for really large categories like tiers?

@The man with the Midas touch I am not sure if there is a way to keep it being exhibition view, i myself find it annoying to have to go through the list view. Would rather it continue being exhibition view no matter how many profiles are in the category.
