Question about Byleth's divine pulse

right here at around 0:32 we see Byleth using their divine pulse to rewind time. In the middle of that though, we see a background. This appears to be a dimension with numerous stars, but the problem I see with it is that they are moving. Could I get some confirmation on whether or not these sparkles are stars? And if they are stars, would it be safe to say that Byleth is at least 4-A?

That seems more aesthetic sparkles than true space/stars. I don't think at any time those are commented on, and it would be a hellava jump just to assume that's a real sky of stars for a rating like that.

I don't think that's usable unless I forget something someone like Sothis might've said.
