If you were to separate two realms by a certain distance while the concept or duality of far/close/distance/range/numbers/infinite/finite didn't exist during that period of time in that verse's cosmology what would be the Range/tier of this character?

I believe they are saying zero as in its an unquantifiable feat that won't give a Tier based off just what you have said, at best it would be 2-C if those Realms are separate Space-Times.
