-What kind of feat would a character need with their Ice/Cold Manipulation to be strong enough to be classified as Absolute Zero? I know open statements can be used, such as Aquarius Camus openly stating that Hyoga reached the Absolute Zero and such. But when there isn't an official word how it is established?
-Can atomic destruction negate Regenerationn? Kinda wondering about this, but read about a character who can regenerate from his atoms, so I wondered if destroying atoms would stop said Regenerationn. I guess in this case it depends on how the Regenerationn works and all that.
