Question about 6-dimensional spaces and higher

Could a 6-dimensional space and higher have its own space-time and still be in its respective tier? For example, a realm is accepted as High 1-B but has its own space-time. Would it still qualify for the tier? What if it also had infinite alternate timelines?

Time is a temporal dimension that act's as a +1 to all dimensions of space, it doesn't matter if it's Low 1-C or High 1-B, all spatial dimensions also have a temporal dimension unless stated otherwise.
