2. Can a lower dimensional being hax affect a 1-A being?

No. But can be with certain conditions (I think it's been stated in FAQ or R>F page)

Back then, yes. But now, it's High 1-B+.

If the being only has 1-A through abilities then yes, although its not possible if we are talking about existence or physicals.

No, a lower dimensional beings hax can't affect 1-A being. Its only possible if the lower dimensional being is getting that hax from another 1-A or higher being.

Nope, that is High 1-B+. In order to be Low 1-A you have to be quantitively supperior to mathematical dimesnions like the universe of sets for example.

Characters whose physical bodies land at High 1-B or higher get infinite speed by default. Although I am not sure if being 1-A grants immeasurable speed.

1. yes they can, granting how the verse logic works and how they were granted 1-A. they can use avatars or seal their power to the point they can interact with inferior existences.

2. Nope, that would be a major disqualifier for 1-A tbw.

3. High 1-B+ only

4. yes it be immeasurable by default as 1-A are quite literally superior to space, time and dimensions, so even infinite structures are like frozen states from their existence pov.
