If Character A exists in quantum uncertainty and Character B has a weapon that exists in quantum uncertainty, B hits A with his weapon.

What's happening? both are canceled or both interact?

This went over my head ngl.

Isn't that simply saying that one cannot fully know the position and speed of a particle with perfect accuracy?

It would just be phasing because if one is in a constant state of it like wave particles if you observe or only measure up his speed you will not know where he is exactly but when you measure up where he is you will not know how fast he is.

This is like saying I use a wave-like particle to attack another that functions like a wave-like particle

they wouldn't cancel out they just interact
