The pure hearts should have fate manipulation due to stopping a prophetic book that had never been wrong before (as far as we know, and with every scenario presented in game except for the chaos heart the Dark Prognosticus was correct)

Its hard to provide scans when the proof is the whole plot of the game, but heres an example of the dark prognosticus predicting something that turned out to be true, and here is when the pure hearts destroy something that was destined to destroy everything by a book that was always right up until then. I also remember Merlon saying somewhere that the Light Prognosticus wasn't truly a prophetic book and was only made to counteract the dark one, I dont remember where in the game so that scan will be difficult to find

No they have that because of star road granting their wishes iirc

Never mind, the whole star road fate manipulation was removed from marios profile but the note was left there for some reason. So no, they dont have fate manip in their profiles
