Question regarding a feat that includes violently shaking a structure;

Asking cuz I'm trying to calc a feat where a huge box monster smashes the ground and shakes the room.

For reference, this is the feat in question, 20 seconds in.





Is this applicable for AP, and if so, what method do I use to calculate the feat?
