Basically, Prom asked if Pun-Pun could be revised and I just like the idea of it, so here's my birthday gift to the world: Pun-Pun's more complete page.

Revisions
Let's get into the specifics of my proposal. Pun-Pun has a few notable stages of existence. His keys should be as follows:

Base | Sarrukh | Demigod | Ascended

Why does he need these, you ask? Well, if you read through the how-to guides on how to be Pun-Pun (These two are pretty damn comprehensive), then you know Pun-Pun has to go through an admittedly brief sequence of events from Point A (Base) to Point B (Ascended) with very different power levels in between. Granted, a prepared Pun-Pun could do this in literally ten minutes- an unprepared one, probably less than a day. If we're being really technical, six seconds of prep time give Pun-Pun all the time he needs thanks to time fuckery and limitless speed. Let's dig into what these keys mean.

Base: TL;DR Pun-Pun begins life as a lowly Kobold Wizard with a familiar. This means he scales to Burning Hands, seen here at Wall level. At this stage, Pun-Pun has fairly normal stats for characters of his level (Subsonic, Peak Human lifting strength) except for Intelligence. With his feats, Pun-Pun has extraordinary genius level of intelligence by right of an 18 base intelligence (already at peak human levels) plus six from his nigh-infinite lifespan. Pun-Pun has Immortality (Type 1) from the word go and is assumed to be ancient beyond belief from the start, as per the build. This gives him an Intelligence stat of 24, well beyond humans or, for that matter, the Elder Brain, a being capable of storing eons of civilization data within itself. So Pun-Pun's main adjustments at this stage are Intelligence and Immortality (Type 1)- he can also summon Pazuzu (a Low 2-C Demon Lord) at this point as well, so that should be noted on the profile. His summons should be noted as "Varies from High 8-C to Low 2-C" (see: How Does It Work, Efreeti are High 8-C)

How Does It Work?

Basically, Pun-Pun, as a 1st level character, summons Pazuzu using his incredible intelligence and makes a deal (what the deal actually is, is irrelevant) to get two significant changes: Pazuzu alters his moral alignment to Lawful Neutral from Lawful Evil, and Pazuzu grants him a Lawful Evil Candle of Invocation (which allows him to summon creatures of similar alignment). Using the candle, Pun-Pun summons an Efreeti (type of Fire Genie) to get three wishes. First, he travels to the Astral Plane. Second, another Candle of Invocation to ensure infinite wishes via infinite Efreeti. The third and final wish is used on- you guessed it- another candle. This one is used immediately to summon a Sarrukh, at which point we go to the next key.

Sarrukh: Pretty basic, Pun-Pun immediately after the last key gains infinite wishes (Causality Manip) and can now mimic any level spell at will as well as pretty much base-level reality however he wants. At this point Pun-Pun may as well be a Low 2-C himself, but he isn't, not physically. All spells and spell-like abilities are accessible to Pun-Pun at this point, though not holy or psychic powers since Wish is specifically arcane magic. At this point Pun-Pun has taken the ability of a Sarrukh via wishes and is a lofty CR 21 as of 3rd Editio, making him 6-C in AP scaling to Imix and friends. It is here that Pun-Pun may now gain effectively infinite (and vastly quicker) stat amping via Manipulate Form. I should note that his Familiar from "Base" must be a Scaly One (basically a snake or a lizard or something) for this to work.

How Does It Work?

Upon summoning the Sarrukh, Pun-Pun manipulates it into transforming him into a Sarrukh through several rounds and gives himself the single most overpowered ability in the game, Manipulate Form. Using this and his familiar as a recepticle (whom he has now given Manipulate Form to), Pun-Pun may now infinitely raise his own stats and those of his minion until an arbitrary point where he decides enough is enough. This includes a bunch of other powers he grants himself via Manipulate Form. In full: Wu-Jen Giant Size, Share Spells, Bellflower Tattoo of the Tattooed Monk, and Void Release, which basically lets him, in order, change the form of something to Colossal, cause spells cast on him to also be cast on his snake familiar, allow Pun-Pun to use his charisma stat in place of any other stat at will, and finally to use his highest ability score in place of a lower one; this allows Pun-Pun to infinitely manipulate the form of his familiar to make him colossal in size and copy his stat (an ability of wizards) and then reduce him to size, then make his familiar permanently increase its stats by copying Pun-Pun, and repeat. This effectively means Pun-Pun can give himself infinite strength. From here, Pun-Pun uses the Bellflower to use his charisma stat in place of any other stat usage, however, thanks to Void Release, he uses his strength instead. Pun-Pun's stats are now infinite. We move onto the next key.

Demigod: Pun-Pun now uses his infinite stats and infinite abilities (he has literally all spell-like, supernatural, and extraordinary abilities by this point, at will) to use the Ice Assassin ability to instantly ascend to Divine Rank 1, a Demigod. As of becoming a Demigod, he has access to the base-tier level of god abilities, including Mid-Godly Regen, Conceptual Manipulation, all the Immortalities, and Avatar Creation/Possession. His AP shifts up to High 6-A as per other demigods (see: Hercules, Iuz, Vecna, and so on). Pun-Pun now has multiversal+ range.

How Does It Work?

Basically as it says on the tin. Pun-Pun now has the supernatural ability to assume low-tier godhood. Now, in comes the squirrels for the next step...

Ascended: The final step in the Pun-Pun life cycle is infinitely farming these divine ranks. At rank 6, Pun-Pun is an extremely casual Low 2-C, by rank 10, easily 2-C, and by rank 15, 2-A, no problem. By rank 20 Pun-Pun is arguably a Low 1-C; and here is where we reach the crux of this situation. Without outside interference, Pun-Pun can continue to do this ad infinitum, every 20 reaching a new level of existence equatable to the gap between Low 1-C and 2-A. What does this mean? Pun-Pun is as high a tier as he wants. 1-C not good enough? Cool, he's 1-B now. And he's constantly growing stronger via infinite numbers of Proxy Squirrel Demigods. He has any ability he wants at this point because he is now rewriting the fundamental rules of reality. Not to mention infinitely long precognition of perfect knowledge of literally everything. Some may call this Omniscience. Pun-Pun can now access 1-A range at will scaling from the Mind Flayer technology.

How Does It Work?

So! Basically, using the Ice Assassin ability from the last key, Pun-Pun summons as many squirrels as he likes to hold 1 divine rank each. Each time, Pun-Pun gets reduced to Divine Rank 0, though he then just instantly gains another rank. He inputs each divine rank into a squirrel then forces the squirrels to use Pun-Pun as a proxy, effectively granting himself literally infinite divine rank. The guides list him at 30, but he can truly be any rank he wants.

Conclusions
TL;DR-

Base = 9-B, Varies from High 8-C to Low 2-C via Summons, Subsonic, Peak Human LS, Immortality (Type 1), and At least Extraordinary Genius, possibly Super Genius intelligence.

Sarrukh = 6-C, Varies from High 8-C to Low 2-C via Summons, up to 2-A. At least High Hypersonic+, and any ability actually within the game. I won't type out the list but trust me when I say we're talking an infinite amount of potential in terms of spells. Pun-Pun can theoretically access even above-9th level spells by this point, the likes of which can affect Greater Gods like Mystra and cause destruction on a multiversal scale.

Demigod = At least High 6-A, possibly 3-A, Varies from High 8-C to Low 2-C via Summons, up to 2-A. Infinite speed. Pun-Pun has theoretically as high an AP as he wants by this point, though a minimum of High 6-A by right of divine rank holding Demigod. He can and does increase his speed to arbitrarily infinite levels. By this point, Pun-Pun possesses special traits available post-divinity. What are they? Well... Pun-Pun has infinite speed, and can physically reach across the multiverse thanks to tears in space-time. Pun-Pun cannot lose. Anything that might cause him to lose stops. It doesn't matter what it is. Did I mention he's acausal? He's acausal now. He no longer resists but is outright immune to all effects of any other divine power regardless of strength (up to Low 1-C) and can reflect abilities as he chooses. He can replicate any other individual on this level or create brand new ones as he sees fit.

Ascended = All previous abilities plus a few of the better ones (infinite precognition, for one). Pun-Pun now is whatever tier he wants but at most, countably infinite 1-B. Meaning he just keeps getting higher until he decides to stop, though how fast is this climb? As fast as he wants. He has multiverses of squirrels infinitely adding their proxy-levels to him. It doesn't matter when he stops. It's entirely up to him, and it all occurs within zero seconds. By this point, Pun-Pun is Immeasurable in speed (scaling to Mystara's Immortals) and so on and so forth. You get the point.

That's it, that's the CRT.

completly agree with the CRT, but just one thing

wouldn't he already have 1-A rang in the demigod key since people from 3.5E can go to the Far Realms, which are 1-A ?

that's less 1-A range and more multiversal range going into the Far Realm via rips and tears in reality. Mind Flayers can just reach across it.

Basically yeah, his Divine Rank can just keep going up and every 20 would effectively be a new dimensional layer ad infinitum. He can never reach truly infinite layers (High 1-B) but he can just keep growing as high as he wants into 1-B.

Ok ok

one more thing

"At least High 6-A, possibly 3-A"

You ment High 3-A, because of the infinite stat thing, right ?

Again, no, coz it's countably infinite. Like it can always go up to whatever number you could possibly imagine but it can never reach actually infinite strength.

Yeah I suppose I can put it through. Since nobody else had commented I was just leaving it open for a day or so.

Feel free to update the page, yeah.

Last key can be something like "Low 2-C, up to 1-B"

Alrighty. We are complete. See the page for the complete changes. Good day.

@Bumbu

Aactually, why did you remomoved the Type 3 Acausality ?

By his Demigod key, he would be able to send clones in to other universes, which would give him Type 3 Acausality

other universes aren't inherently other timelines, and that's covered by avatar creation

The material universe has infinite timelines and Pun-pun would have access to them, no ?

Also those are perfect clones, so it wouldn't count as Avatar Creation

Yes, but it isn't infinite perfect reflections of Pun-Pun. It's his aspects, avatars, and so on. Even then, that's Duplication. Not Acausality Type 3. Even if we take what you say at face value.

Shouldn't his Low 2-C starting point be mentioned in his final key? I know he ascends at an arbitrarily fast rate, but still.

Yes and no. Low 2-C is equally as arbitrary, if we're being technical his starting point for that is Divine Rank 1. Which is just his High 6-A key. After that he just keeps adding divine ranks via cheesing infinite squirrels. Low 2-C would just be Divine Rank 5-9.

So... basically Low 2-C is just a random low-end that he doeasn't really stay at for longer than any other key.
