Not completely on board with scaling type 2 self-sustenance from Itzli.

Not only she is a witch so she could have more abilities than magical girls, she is the Walpurgis of her planet.

For Patricia, not sure if they are far enough into the sky to warrant type self-sustenance. Little oxygen, sure, but there is still oxygen.

Also the Large Size for Madoka's avatars should be "Varies, up to type 8" because it's up to what Madoka wants.

Also resistance to Corruption for Madoka via resisting UKG.

I'd say that we should settle the abilities before we talk about the tiers.

Also, Madoka's EE is passive only against witches. Against others, she'd need to make a different law.

I mean, all magical girls don't have to eat, the magic sustains them. It was just a supporting example.

Homura is also able to survive on the moon on episode 12 without issue. (Regarding the oxygen part)

We could use Holy Alina's 4-A feat for the tier discussion.

Homura has concept alteration via manipulating the Law of Cycles (which is a concept).

Madoka has concept creation via creating what essentially is the concept of "no witches" (concepts and laws are the same in-verse), aka the Law of Cycles.

UKG scales from Madoka because she is Madoka 2.0

It's in the episode 12, like the rest of the conceptual stuff.

There isn't a single scan, it's an explanation.

Basically, Madoka ascended to a higher plane of existence and became the Law of Cycles, and it was also stated that she is purely a concept.

The LoC also works a lot like a platonic form, it exists outside of reality in a higher plane, it shapes it, and it is independent from it.

Like, I guess if you want to be extremely technical, Madoka is the concept and the LoC is her manifestation, but Homura affected Madoka, so it is conceptual manipulation either way.
