What about the extra emphasise on Mercer's Regenerationn where he can rebuild his body on the cellular level (where the description of his Regenerationn is a bit more than just "regenerated from a chunk of meat") like that statement said? Or is that not needed?
I don't think cellular level Regenerationn is inconsistent for Mercer and the ilk, especially if they have some biomass to sustain their regeneraton speed. Mercer regenerated from a nuke through consuming a crow after all.

At least the parts for Heller to reach Low 7-C is okay right? Just the Mercer part is to be revised and all VS debates re Mercer after the change is to be cancelled?
