Proto Man vs Bass

Both are classic canon. Speed equalized if somehow I'm missing somthing and one is massively faster then the other. Proto Man gets his weapons from Mega Man 10 while Bass gets his from Mega Man and Bass. Both are in character.

Round 1: Bass dosn't get Treble and Proto Man dosn't have the Big Bang strike

Round 2: Bass has Treble as well as the evil energy power boost from his fight in Mega Man 8, Proto Man has the big bang strike.
