I'll not count that as a vote, since this fight is nowhere a stomp. Also, Immortality is not a valid argument.
 
If Apophis radiates conceptual destruction doesn't he incapacitate Prospero immediately, then swallow him, destroying his staff and and drowning his book in gastric acids?
 
I'm just doing my best to interpret what's on the page. I'm not sure if I read that far into the series.

But regardless, if everyone's arguing that Prospero wins via the book needing to be drowned, getting eaten should deal with that.
 
Remember that she does not know about this.

Also, I don't know if Apophis is used to eating his enemies in fights.
