There's also nothing to suggest that Emile was using her full strength when she attacked Kira. And none of this is helpful to justifying the stats you put in Kira's Profile.
You don't understand that putting Small City level in Kira's profile means you think she has something that can close a gap between her base stats and Colors. Kira being able to maybe reach the baseline of Splitters, who can then use their shtick to close the gap between themselves and Colors doesn't count.
All other examples were only a 5 - 10 level gap, the T Corp Colllectors were the biggest gap.
Vergilius can still kick Vespa's ass, if his threat in Twining Threads is anything to go by.
First, that premise is still nonsense because Emile as a Maestro is guaranteed to be stronger than her Docent Rufo, who is explicitly stronger than Kira even if she were at full strength.
Secondly, you thought Zilu could take a Color because you think she could take on Matthias, which is utterly bull for reasons I already laid out. I am addressing that.

It doesn't really matter whether or not Emile was using her full strength, as we know for a fact that even an indirect hit is capable of mulching the Sinners, so using Occam's Razor the simplest explanation for why the same thing didn't happen to Kira is that the level gap between her and Emile isn't that big thus making them comparable to one another, therefore validating the downscale.
Can you please stop bringing up the Colors. Kira being able to hold Vespa in place is just supporting evidence. the main one is her downscaling to a Ring Maestro. Also you know for a fact that the WAW-ALEPH tier is a fairly wide spectrum of strength and that there is nothing stopping anyone from being able to downscale to those who are already in said tier.
Yeah that's my point. Kira's with her base strength was able to withstand Emile's base strength so that in turn means that the gap between is just around 5-10 levels.
Seriously your using that joke for scaling? There is nothing implying that Vergilius wouldn't struggle in a fight against Vespa if the two were to ever come to blows with each other.
So long as it's within the 5-10 level gap(which in this case it very likely is) then it can in fact be justified.

This isn't Youtube now is it? I've been on yt debates, and if your goal is to push this conversation to this level, then there might be risks much higher than that of deletion of one profile.
So far, during this debate, people with different levels of familiarity with both Project Moon and this topic shared their opinion, that the reasoning you give is simply lacking any level of substance needed to hold it's ground. I believe, that in this scenario you should either do some homework on analysis and make a crt, where you can prove your point in a civil manner, or start listening to counter arguments not in a way of "they just hate that I made profile while others were doing nothing".
As for other matters. I think the bigger issue here is the relevancy of the profile itself; does it bring a new category of scaling chain with its own rating? Does it have any substantial plot relevancy to upscale a lot of other profiles from? Does it have anything that can make her win matches in vs threads? Is it really worth pages of fighting?

If you really have been keeping up with this debate then you'd now that I have been as civil as I can be throughout this entire discussion, with the only time I made a very polite insult was when I got insulted first. And I've already addressed the argument with my own counterarguments as well.
Last time I checked most of the the non-Sinner profile that are planned to be prioritized(Like Vespa, Jia Qiu, Vergilius, Lei Heng etc.) don't really have a lot of characters that scale to them so I don't see why this question is relevant here.
Considering Canto 9 and the Twinning thread Intervallo I'd say Kira is pretty plot relevant.
Why is this relevant?

I will also say that you're free to just watch Lobotomy Corp's cutscenes to catch up on the story if its gameplay doesn't stick with you, since it's incredibly polarizing in comparison to everything else for a bunch of reasons

Yeah, my experience in lobotomy corp wasn't the best due to bugs, lag and just some shitty stuff (like if you unlock hokma's department before binah, you wouldn't be able to fully unlock binah's department at all for some reason)
