Not really, if it's a controversial and not-so-certain change - sure, but if it's a very uncontroversial ability that seems clear, it's fine to apply it as far as I know. If we had CRT and needed input for every small thing, the wiki would be extremely busy and cluttered after all.

I dont think we need a mod to look at this. Especially for adding an ability as trivial as social influencing.
