it is because principally for the fact that people don't fell atraction for this story has much has they feel atraction for other stories (like,fire force could have been like kimetsu no yaiba,but a few bad things were said and that caused fire force to not be has popular)
also in another regard,can you call any mods for this?

No. A lot of ff and se supporters kinda been absent from the scaling.
