He's a master of Hamon, a pretty complex Martial Art, and also has several supernatural abilities that seemingly arn't connected to Hamon. He did invent the Thunder Cross Split Attack. He's probably just as skilled as Skinner in terms of combat, if not more so.

i think skinner should take this he should be more skilled in my opinion than dire via being far more skilled than homer being a war vetern he has picked up alot of skills like pressure points which he could use to incapacitate dire skinner should be able to dodge his split attack and then counter by hitting a pressure point in his neck
