Princess Luna Vs SCP-001 (S. D. Locke's Proposal)

What defense does Luna have against omnidirectional Danmaku rays of sunlight that move at lightspeed and turn any biological matter into mind-controlled goo and nullifies anomalous abilities on contact?
 
She creates a lunar eclipse, or just sets the sun, creates clouds. And we don't know how light would interact with a magic shield. Or she could make like Twilight and just go intangible. Light may not have mass, but it still has a physical form.
 
Reflecting light off the moon so it comes at you from two different directions is a very bad idea, and a solar eclipse doesn't stop the suns rays from reaching the planet. Same with moving the sun. Clouds won't completely block the light either.

Its been consistently shown that light shines through magic shields in MLP, otherwise they wouldnt be translucent
 
In the time it would take to pull the moon up over the horizon to block the sun, Locke's rays would have already affected her, and a solar eclipse doesnt block 100% of the sun's light
