I argue that Bay Prime would be more skilled from the way he manhandled everyone he fights barring Megatron, plus with his higher stats it gives him just enough Breathing Room that he can make a mistake or two before he goes down.

This is an interesting fight. With speed equalized, neither Optimus can really outmaneuver the other, and both have Class M lifting strength, so they can grapple on fairly even terms.

TFP Prime has a higher level of intelligence, but I suspect his fighting skill isn't notably higher than that of Bayverse Prime.

TFP Prime has the following standard equipment in this form: Blades, Ion Cannons

Bayverse Prime has the following standard equipment in this form: Dual Energon Swords, Dual Energon Hooks, Ion Blaster, Barrage Cannon

So overall, Bayverse seems to have a bit of a versatility edge with his weaponry.

The biggest factor helping Bayverse Prime will be that his Attack Potency (over 11.64902151 tons) is nearly double that of TFP Prime (6.46973134166 tons). Bayverse Prime's higher durability, which combined with High-Low Regeneration, means that he won't go down easily.

If TFP Prime can apply his superior intelligence, he might be able to come up with a strategy to win, but it will be an uphill battle for him regardless.

My vote goes to Bayverse Optimus Prime.

Time to some analization, fun fact, this was done back when both were 8-A

Considering AP/Durability, Bayverse has the edge, his 11.6 Tons of TNT<, while Prime sacles to 6.5 Tons, Bayverse could very well be 2 times stronger

In question to fighting style, I feel like Bayverse has the edge here, he is shown to be a more violent fighter and actually capable of taking on multiple oponents who are comparable to himself, if not a bit weaker

Prime is not a bad fighter himself, but against opponent comparable to himself (Mainly Megatron, Dreadwing and Predaking) he has a hard time against them, if anything, Prime OP has the better aim of the 2, but in CQC, Bayverse Prime is superior to Prime OP, and the distance is not enough to just snipe Bayverse Prime.

Prime OP also rarely goes for the kill unless your name is Megatron, so I feel like while Bayverse would try his best to kill Prime OP, the latter would only try to stager the fight a bit before going for the kill

Also something worth noting is the Immortality type 2 of Bayverse Prime, he took attacks direct to his spark and continued fighting (In Lockdown's fight, and a bit on the Forest Battle where he was pierced but was still able to fight, he only died after the total destruction of it)

Bayverse's arsenal is also bigger, but he only needs his swords

He also has High-Low, but that is somewhat slow, so not really worth mentioning

To summarize, Bayverse prime for better CQC skill, arsenal, Immortality type 2 and AP advantage
