Time to some analization, fun fact, this was done back when both were 8-A
Considering AP/Durability, Bayverse has the edge, his 11.6 Tons of TNT<, while Prime sacles to 6.5 Tons, Bayverse could very well be 2 times stronger
In question to fighting style, I feel like Bayverse has the edge here, he is shown to be a more violent fighter and actually capable of taking on multiple oponents who are comparable to himself, if not a bit weaker
Prime is not a bad fighter himself, but against opponent comparable to himself (Mainly Megatron, Dreadwing and Predaking) he has a hard time against them, if anything, Prime OP has the better aim of the 2, but in CQC, Bayverse Prime is superior to Prime OP, and the distance is not enough to just snipe Bayverse Prime.
Prime OP also rarely goes for the kill unless your name is Megatron, so I feel like while Bayverse would try his best to kill Prime OP, the latter would only try to stager the fight a bit before going for the kill
Also something worth noting is the Immortality type 2 of Bayverse Prime, he took attacks direct to his spark and continued fighting (In Lockdown's fight, and a bit on the Forest Battle where he was pierced but was still able to fight, he only died after the total destruction of it)
Bayverse's arsenal is also bigger, but he only needs his swords
He also has High-Low, but that is somewhat slow, so not really worth mentioning
To summarize, Bayverse prime for better CQC skill, arsenal, Immortality type 2 and AP advantage
