Can a character with Precognition see other beings with invisibility and incorporeality who cannot be detected regularly if they do not have extrasensory perception or NPI to do so?

No the precog would not be able to directly perceive the being itself. They would simply see events caused by the being.

So if they see the invisible being punches them in the future they would not see the being but see themselves getting punched? Can they even avoid it given they cannot perceive the being itself?

I mean, depends on the precog tbh but probably not. That said, they could still react to the consequences of the invisible entities' actions and try to avoid them that way. Like if they see their face getting smashed in and launched to the right, they can probably figure out an attack is coming from their right and avoid it at the right time.

Depend on what kind of precog.
Some only see the future through their own eyes meaning that if an invisible attack came from anywhere you are not looking at then you wont see it.
Some allows to even feel what his future self feels and if so might be able to feel where he was hit.
There are other kinds of precog that can see events through their opponents eyes or some kind of weirdness that could actually be able to tell specifically where and how he is gonna attack even if he is invisible

They could still anticipate the attack and react but to avoid the attack would vary.

Being able to react to the invisible entity's attack would be a pretty good skill feat in of itself even with precog
