precognition vs analytical prediction

It's heavily context dependent because precog could literally just seeing a hazy image of the future versus being able to accurately predict someone's movement on a level of a supercomputer. On the other hand, you could literally be like Diavolo and see a future and make that future happen right away versus someone who has good intuition on someone's movements.
 
Naitodesu is right, its all depends on the feats/statements presented in the verse.
 
Not just procg and prediction, but it apply to every power and abilities in general (except some generic). Context and feats is important to evaluate the performance of abilities
