Most likely not, such evidence has been rejected as NEP2 several times in the past.
Several CRTs in the past have been made to give Non-Existent Physiology to verse creators or beings who predated creation in the verse, close to all of them have been rejected as simply existing before concepts does not mean you are non-existent on a conceptual level.

Just predating concepts isn't evidence, unless the verse says something more on the regard.

What do you mean exactly by this, as this can have both an interpretation that is applicable for Non-Existent Physiology Type 2 and one that isn't. Do you have an example?

Nope, that is very likely not sufficient evidence for NEP2. Also pretty much close to every being who created a Verse and its Concepts, as very few of them have any actual evidence for NEP2.

Precede concept (or any form of universal force) doesn't give you NEP, as its more akin to Acausality; a character can precede concepts and pretty much exist, and if its immune to concept manip one can just write it between its immunities/resistances.
