Powered Buttercup VS Marcy Wu

Rule:
1. Powered Buttercup in his With Spare Clothing key is 8-B while Marcy is in her base key and is 8-B.
2. Speed is equalized.
3. SBA.

I vote Powered Buttercup due to being more experienced in combat. Mar-Mar, though she's good with athleticism (when she's not being unfathomably clumsy), doesn't really do a whole lot of impressive fighting when she's not being possessed. I would give it to Kaoru due to her just being a lot more oriented towards fights and literally doing this crime-stopping thing everyday. I think her projectiles, (missiles and bombs) would be a lot more effective against Marcy than her arrows.

The reason may be too short. Actually, the similarities between these two Trios are the reason why I made this.
