With the current range he can't escape the AoE at all

He can, pocket dimensions and all.

Plus, he could shield himself behind his golems, they specifically resisylt non-magical stuff like that (and the top-tiers are far higher, so nlf shouldn't really aply)

I see this fight going like Han's fight with Hyungin.

He goes underground and spawns several dozen golems to deal with all for one, while he observes from afar. Exept here All for One is extremely unlikely to find Han before the golems damage him too much.

The Golems are over 4x weaker and he has High Mid regen, I don't think they're that much of a problem

They also have Mid-High regen, but they also have infinite stamina and resistance to non-magical damage.

Plus, they also heavily outnumber him.

That explains how the survive, not his they damage AFO so significantly

By that point, he can levitate, unless they have ranged attacks

The golems have machineguns and can make makeshift cannons as well, yeah.
