Power of Hope Kratos upgrade (from 2-C.)

Within God of War, PoH Kratos is considered to be stronger than Norse Kratos, though Norse Kratos is considered on the same level of power of PoH Kratos. I was hoping for PoH Kratos to possibly be upgraded to 2-B, maybe 2-A. This is due to an abstract concept being within him, as well as massively upgrade to all of his powers from God of War 3, and new powers, such as concept manipulation, abstract existence, and more. 2-C would seem a slightly bit too low for PoH Kratos as 2-C is also used for Norse Kratos.

That's not how Tier 2 works. You don't get 2-B just from being considered stringer than 2-C without over one thousand universes being involved.

No. Nothing indicates here that PoH Kratos has the power to bust up 1000+ timelines or an infinite number.

Norse Mythology peaks out at 9 Realms from which Greek GOW Kratos massively upscales, so him and his Norse self being within the same tier means absolutely nothing since you can still upscale massively from a 2-C and still remain within the same number of universes busted. Having abstract concepts within you isn't enough to guarantee higher tiers anyway.
