Power Null FTW--Akron vs White Face

Neither lose because it depends on who Power Nulls first

Thus making Inconclusive

Thus you lose.

SBA says 4 km which is easily within Akron's range. And he doesn't need to kill him, he can incap via power null just like WF does.

Does Akron do that right from the start? Because most of WF's arsenal would easily deal with Akron (Existence Erasure, BFR and of course PN). Even then, can he absorb the power of something so non-corporeal?

@Saik

Akron power nulled the party on sight as soon as he woke up so yes.

Not seeing why being non-corporeal prevents power absorption, given that Akron's doesn't have anything to do with physical contact or similar. People in EBF also can punch stuff that is non-corporeal, ghosts as a classic example, and an enemy literally made of heat (not a flame elemental or anything, literal heat)

@Gar

Well more like his only appeareance in a cutscene but yeah.

Akron is also the stronger 3-A so absorbing WF's powers/strenght into his own shouldn't be an issue. If he manages to do it before WF's does, but there isn't a real way to know that.

Voting inconclusive because this way cal loses

The whole reason why White Face is resistant to so much hax is that he's so much non-corporeal that there is nothing to affect in the first place, due to WF lacking a body or substance.

Two last questions: Is Akron's PN activated instantly/with a thought, as it is with WF and does his power absorption prevent people from using their hax?

If yes to those two questions count me as Inconclusive.

Nah the idea was that either the Giratina-slayer or the Link-slayer would have lost here. Cal loses instead

Face: You're a creepy looking antagonist? I'M A CREEPY LOOKING ANTAGONIST

Akron: ......Want to get coffee instead?

Face: Sure

Cal loses, and we all live happily ever after.

But for real tho, inconclusive as they will literally power null each other into oblivion.

Akron: 0

WF: 0

Inconclusive: 5 (Gar, me, Saik, Wright, Ovens)

Also minor nitpick, but erasure likely wouldn't kill Akron for good as he could reincarnate, seeing how it's heavily implied that his soul was destroyed (Akron himself being banished into a void) but he still came back in BH2 (it still takes a ton of time so it would be incapacitation tho)

6 for inconclusive. Kinda funny how both will have 3 victories and an inconclusive afterwards.

must find an opponent who can beat akron (although I probably have several characters in mind)

I mean it's more difficult to find one who decisively wins without stomping. Beating Akron only requires good survivability and resistance to power null.

The real cal howard said:
Yet he beat a guy with resistance, invulnerability and resurrection :p
He doesn't have resistance to power null tho...

And the other two don't help without that

Link actually has resistance to PN. What handed Akron the win was mostly that Link's resistance to absorption backfires badly when triggered and that equipment BFR cripples him way too much.

Bring Lucemon vs WF, it must happen. Satan Mode shall rise.

@Cal, its your chance.
