Speed is equalized, both are 4-A (Pre-Star Allies Kirby and Bullet Heaven 2 Akron are used), and the battle takes place in the center of the galaxy. SBA for everything else.

Regular adventurers are on the level of the weakest Slimes, which are 9-C. Do note he led with it as his first move the moment he woke up.

He doesn't have regeneration, that was regeneration negation you were looking at. But if you were referring to his self-resurrection, it's presumably years.

I'd say voting is irrelevant. This is a stomp and kirby can't really kill him anyways with those levels of regen. Kirby's best bet is eating him and transmutating him but he'll 100% die before that happens
